Hiya Everything!! This is another fitness blog. So I am sticking to my new years resolution still & getting in shape, I have actually seen a little result & I am feeling a lot better about my body, yes I still need help with my diet but hopefully I'll start getting some sort of routine but until then I will be sticking to my words form my previous blog post which will linked below. I wanted to talk about the change of workouts, now my body seemed to not sweat as it used to when I first did my youtube workouts, so i decided to change it up a little this time. I started copying the workout from POPSUGAR fittness (link will be below) & let me tell you this, it makes me sweat so much! & as Charlotte Crosby said "Sweat Is Fat Crying" love that quote! Its a full body workout so it doesn't only work on your belly but works everywhere else. This clip is only for 16 minutes & it makes me sweat more than I did for my 30 minute workout I did for 2 months, my body really did need a change. I'm doing that 5 times a week & I'm still using Vicky's 7 Day Slim & Charlotte's 3 Minute Belly Blintz for weekends. I will be updating you on my results in a month or two months time & letting you know what has changed & what hasn't. Hope it helps.
