Season 6 Episode 19 Did You Miss Me?

[Spencer’s Barn]

Aria: Mona basically told you she was ready to kill Charlotte.

Emily: Yeah, but she didn't, because Charlotte never showed up.

Spencer: Not guilty because the victim didn't show? That's setting the bar pretty low, Em.

Aria: Innocent, guilty, whatever she admits to being the brunette on the phone. Let-let's tell Tanner this, so I can get off the suspect list.

Emily: - So do you think she's lying?

Spencer: - Pick a topic.

Emily: About Charlotte not meeting her that night.

Spencer: That's probably true. It's too easy to check.

Aria: While you two are discussing this, let's remember that I was the one that was in a line-up. Alright? It's really unflattering lighting there.

Juliet enters with Jamie

Juliet: hi guys, do you mind if Jamie is here?

Spencer: no no its fine

Emily: yeah

Juliet: Jamie just read your book okay baby?

Jamie: okay

Juliet: what we talking about?

Juliet keeps looking back at Jamie

Aria: are you sure you are okay?

Juliet: yeah, I just want him to me safe

Spencer: we understand, so I don’t know what we are going to do about this Mona think, do we wait?

Emily: - For what? Whoever this is wants us to hand over Charlotte's killer before election night. And they're getting impatient.

Aria: Yeah? Well, does anyone wanna put some ointment on that impatience?

Spencer: Look, a free-range Mona is more likely to lead us someplace. Especially if she thinks we believe her.

Emily: So, we believe her?

Spencer: We believe her enough.

[Brew]

Spencer: She says it was an accident.

Emily: Do we believe that?

Hanna: As much as I believe Aria being seared was an accident.

Juliet: What do you think, Spence?

Spencer: Uh, two out of five in the ER. That's 40%. It's 70 if you count what happened to Emily's eggs. And Jamie being taken.

Hanna: Well, the odds aren't gonna get any better the closer we get to election night.

Emily: Three days.

Hanna: Hey, so Ali's hospital is an hour away. I think I'm gonna go check up on her.

Aria: She says she'll be back tomorrow.

Emily: Maybe she should think about going in the opposite direction.

Spencer: Yeah, check on her, but don't freak her out. And it might be best if she stays away until after the election.

Aria: What do we do about Mona?

Juliet: Keep a close eye on her.

Hanna: You guys, Mona did not kill Charlotte.

Aria: She couldn't. She's got as much motive as anybody. Probably more.

Emily: She admits to getting Charlotte out of her house. I mean, she's telling the truth, just not all of it.

Spencer: Mona's changed so many times I doubt she even knows herself when she looks in the mirror.

Hanna: Okay, who around here hasn't tried to reinvent themselves a couple of times? I'll call you after I go see Ali.

Jason walks in the brew and orders a coffee. Jamie runs to Juliet.

Jamie: mum can I please have another donut?

Juliet: Jamie its time to go so I don’t think you should have anything with sugar in it.

Spencer: I think he deserves one from his favorite aunt

Emily: yeah that’s me so I’ll go order it

Juliet: huh no Emily sit down

Aria: yeah besides he likes me better don’t you Jamie?

Jamie: mmm I like all of you the same

Juliet: okay I’m go and get him one, keep an eye out guys

Spencer: yeah

Juliet gets up and goes to the counter and orders a donut, Jason turns around. Juliet stares at him in shock. They haven’t seen each other for almost 5 years.

Jason: hi

Juliet keeps staring at him not knowing what to say. Jamie runs to Juliet.

Jamie: mama!

Juliet picks Jamie up and they both look at Jason.

Jamie: you have my eyes

Juliet looks at Jamie and looks at Jason. Jason smiles at Jamie.

Juliet: okay erm Jamie go stand at the door.

Juliet puts Jamie down and Jamie runs to the door. Juliet and Jason stare at each other.

Jason: he has my eyes.

Emily: oh my god is that Jason?

Spencer: yeah

Spencer goes up to Jason.

Spencer: Jason!

Jason: oh hi

Juliet: I need to go

Spencer: how are you?

Jason: I’m good, been better. Listen I need to go I just came to pick up something

Spencer: can we catch up soon?

Jason: yeah maybe

Jason walks out leaving Spencer wondering

[Juliet’s store]

Juliet working on paper work, Jason walks in, Juliet looks up and sees him, and she gets up from her seat. Jason walks behind the table to get closer to Juliet.

Jason: you haven’t spoke to me once, I tried to call you with Alison’s phone but when you hear you voice you hang up. Do you hate me?

Juliet looks down

Juliet: no

Jason: then why can’t you look at me when you say it?

Juliet’s head remains down

Juliet: I can never hate you

Jason rushes up to Juliet and holds her head up with his hands. Juliet closes her eyes quickly. She starts to cry

Jason: then look at me

Juliet: I can’t

Jason: you can

Juliet: I can’t Jason

Jason: please

Juliet opens her eyes. Paul walks in; Juliet quickly pushes Jason away and wipes her tears.

Juliet: hi

Paul: hi, hi Jason, you look well

Jason: so do you.

All look at each other

Jason: I better leave

Jason leaves

Juliet: all the files are sorted

Paul: good good

Juliet: Paul

Paul: don’t. Just don’t – but I want to know one thing, if I didn’t come in just now. Would you have?

Juliet stays quiet

Paul: right.

Paul is about to leave

Juliet: Jamie wanted to see you. And I was wondering if you could take care of him for a bit?

Paul turns around

Paul: you know I’ll do anything for him

Paul walks upstairs into the apartment to be with Jamie. Leaving Juliet feeling confused and upset. Juliet’s phone rings

Juliet: hi

Spencer: hi you better come down. Hanna got something to tell you

[Hanna’s Apartment]

Ezra: And you can get all that ready in time?

Caleb: I've already started. I can have it when we need it.

Aria: Are you sure you wanna do this?

Hanna: I wouldn't have thought of it if I wasn't ready to do it.

Juliet: this feel too weird

Caleb: Look, guys, this isn't a democracy, okay? We're not taking votes. This is something that Hanna and I decided to do. And the only thing that you need to decide is whether or not you're gonna help us.

Spencer: Nobody here is gonna let you do this by yourself.

Hanna: Alright. So let's get started.

Hanna makes a voice note

Hanna: leave my friends alone. I killed Charlotte.

[Aria’s house]

Hanna: It's just so weird, I mean, I barely know the guy's first name and now he's married to Ali?

Aria: Right, well, I'm sure he seems like a stranger to us but Alison and Elliott have known each other for years.

Hanna: Hey, they just started going out! I mean, what is this, her second date? What ever happened to dinner and a movie?

Juliet: Um, Han There's lipstick on that fork.

Hanna: Ew.

Aria: I'm sure it seems strange but if you saw Alison and Elliott it was it was pretty romantic.

Emily: I don't think romance has anything to do with it. Ali's lost everyone she's ever cared about. She's desperate for a family.

Hanna: Maybe she's smart. If you elope, no one can throw you a bridal shower.

Juliet: Since when do you not like bridal showers? Gifts, expensive lingerie, cake? Like, made for you.

Hanna: Not when we have two monsters after us.

Emily: Spencer's not answering.

Aria: Yeah, well, she's probably still dealing with the fallout from the Yvonne leak.

Emily: There's no way Spencer's parents will believe Caleb did that.

Juliet: Yeah, well, be glad that they do because if they thought that we had a new A, they would march straight down to the police station.

Hanna: You guys, our stalker already warned us.

Okay? If we talk to the cops we're gonna have targets on our backs.

Emily: We already do! Melissa tried to turn me into road kill last night.

Hanna: No, she is not the one sending texts and going after Yvonne.

Emily: Spencer could just tell Toby I mean, he could quietly go and

Hanna: No, if we talk to Toby there's nothing quiet about that. The whole Rosewood police force will be on a manhunt.

Aria: Okay, can we just talk about something nice for a second?

Hanna: I want my cake back.

Aria: Check out the pictures from the wedding.

Emily: Aw, your parents look so happy.

Juliet: Great job on the dress, Han.

Aria: That's weird. I'm in this picture. Wonder who took this one.

Emily: What is that?

Aria: Wait, there's more. Oh, my God.

[Hanna’s Bridal shower - Hotel]

Radley hotel playground

Juliet: okay mum’s going to auntie Hanna’s party okay, I’ll come pick you up soon

Jamie: can I not come with you?

Juliet: baby it’s a lot of grownups - being grownups, are you sure you wanna come?

Jamie: wow

Jamie see’s a playstation

Jamie: I think I’ll stay down here

Juliet: I understand. Love you

Jamie: love you too bye.

[Hanna’s party]

Aria: Blackmailed? Do we really believe that?

Emily: Well, even if it is true, isn't that more of a reason Melissa would have wanted Charlotte dead?

Spencer: Yeah, but Charlotte was still on lockdown when Melissa made her first payment.

Hanna: So what are you saying?

Spencer: The person who's threatening us is probably the same person who was blackmailing my sister.

Juliet: Well I don't think it was Melissa who borrowed that SUV.

Hanna: Yeah I looked at the pictures, one look at that crowd and her Argyle socks would have blown off.

Emily: Which leaves us with nothing.

Aria: No, there's the eyewitness report.

Emily: A hot brunette with a cheesy keychain? That's, like, half this party.

[Glass clicking]

Ashley: Ladies, if you could all move to the sofa. Uh, sweetie, I thought you could open your presents now.

Hanna: If any of you guys got me some kind of toy you're dead.

Spencer: where’s Jamie?

Juliet: oh his at the Radley playground. Hanna’s mum made sure he went in for free.

Emily: that’s nice of her

Juliet: she owes me

[knocking on door]

Mona: Congratulations, Han. I just wanted to drop that off. I figured you'd get a kick out of it. Remember the summer before eighth grade? We were all set to have double weddings. I was going to marry Justin Timberlake' and you were going to tie the knot with Matt Damon.

Hanna: Wow. I can't believe you still have this.

Ashley: That's so thoughtful of you, Mona. Why don't you come in for a drink? Hanna was just about to open more gifts.

Mona: I don't want to intrude, but sure.

[A while later]

Ashley: Okay, uh, it's time for 21 Questions. Uh, this version is "How Well Do You Know the Bride and Groom?" So, whoever gets the most points, wins a prize. So, first question, for 100 points Where did Jordan propose?

Aria: Why is she here? I thought you two had it out at The Brew.

Emily: Hm, she brought a gift.

Spencer: Yeah, and an ax to grind.

Juliet: or to give another knife to Hanna for her back

Ashley: Emily, for 50 points. Do you know this one? Uh "How did the bride and groom meet?"

Emily: Yeah, um I, uh, I think it was at a work function. No, no, it was, um, it was at-at a party.

Ashley: Sorry. Uh, Spencer?

Spencer: Um Mm Wait, I know this.

Hanna: Uh Um, you know what, this game is kind of silly. Um, isn't there one where everyone takes a shot when you hear the word bride? What is wrong with this thing?

[alarm blaring] [rock music]

Ashley: Hanna!

Hanna: I don't know how to stop it.

Spencer: Here, here.

Juliet: What is happening?

Spencer: I have no idea.

[blaring continues] [whirring]

Emily: Is that the air conditioner?

Spencer: What is that?

[screaming]

Hanna: Aria!

Emily: Oh, my God!

Juliet: Aria!

[A while later]

Spencer: Okay. Yeah, just give me a call. Well, she's just been admitted into the ER. I mean, she has second-degree burns but the doctors say that she's gonna be fine.

Emily: How did this even happen?

Juliet: Why don't you ask her? I mean, is it just a coincidence that the loft tried to turn Aria into a s'more right after she arrived? Okay guys I need to and get Jamie, let me know how Aria is

Emily: yeah okay

Spencer: bye

[Playground]

Juliet: hi came to pick up my son Jamie James

Women: someone already taken him

Juliet: who?

Women: they said she was you relative

Juliet: I am the only relative Jamie has

Juliet goes inside the play ground and looks around screaming

Juliet: Jamie! Jamie!

Juliet looks down to find Jamie’s handwriting and a picture he drew. Juliet grabs the paper and walks out the playground, Ashley and Hanna come back from the hospital.

Hanna: hi what’s wrong?

Juliet: I can’t find Jamie

Hanna: hi breath! What do you mean?

Juliet: someone took Jamie, someone took my son

Ashley: I'll call the police and check the camera's

Hanna: are you sure his missing?

Juliet: yes Hanna I'm sure he is!

Spencer: hi guys what's going on?

Hanna: Jamie is missing

Spencer: oh my god what?!

Juliet: and the new A was here

Hanna: we'll find him

Spencer: yeah we will

[A while later]

Police at the Radley

Toby: we'll need an exact description of Jamie, can you do that for me?

Juliet nods her head

Toby: okay 

Juliet: his name is Jamie James, he is 5 and half years old, his wearing a white shirt with blue jeans. He has blue eyes and sandy blonde hair. God 

Juliet sobs while spencer and Hanna hug Juliet.

A while later

[Juliet's apartment]

Toby drops off Juliet, Hanna & Spencer to Juliet's apartment. They all walk in 

Toby: the police are looking everywhere & I'll join them

Spencer: thanks Toby

Hanna: Juliet you should take a rest, I'm sure Toby will call us if he hears anything 

Juliet: I don't want to 

Spencer: Juliet 

Juliet: I said I don't want to! I should've taken him with me, he wanted to come with me. I should've taken him & I should've let him 

Spencer: this is not your fault

Juliet: Toby 

Juliet goes next to Toby

Juliet: please find him and bring him home to me. I can't loose him his all I have.

Juliet cries and Toby hugs her 

[a while later] 

Spencer: I texted the girls everything that's been going on 

Hanna: she's been in Jamie's room for a while should we go and check up on her?

Spencer: no staying there will be the only healing she can have right now until he comes back

[Jamie's room]

Juliet is laying down on Jamie's bed wondering where her son is. She gets up and sits on his bed and starts crying. She looks down at the drawing Jamie drew picks it up & looks behind the paper to find a drawing of a show and a house with the name Ravenswood on it. Juliet wipes her tears gets up and runs of of her apartment passing Spencer and Hanna

Hanna: where the hell is she going?

Spencer: I don't know she must have seen something 

Hanna: like what?

Spencer & Hanna goes to Jamie's room, finds the drawing 

Spencer: she knows where he is.

Hanna: Ravenswood

[spencer's car]

Hanna: she's not picking up 

Spencer: keep trying 

Hanna: are you sure she went there?

Spencer: yes it clear, this person knew Juliet would find that drawing 

Hanna: let's just hope this isn't a trap

[Ravenswood]

Juliet goes inside the cottage throw the window as the door is locked. She walks around then see's Jamie playing with toy cards. A mysterious figure is reading a newspaper next to Jamie. Jamie looks up without reacting looks at Juliet. Juliet puts her finger to her lip then points at the door for Jamie to in and to lock it. Jamie does as he is told. Juliet grabs a poll and hits the mysterious figure, the person rabs the poll from her and pushes her to the wall trying to strangal her. Juliet tried to take off the person's mask. Spencer & Hanna walk in.

Spencer: Juliet!

Hanna: oh my god

The mysterious person drops the poll and runs out, Hanna and spencer run to Juliet, Juliet starts to cough.

Hanna: we're here

Spencer: you okay?

Juliet: yeah 

Juliet quickly gets up and runs towards the door 

Juliet: Jamie! Open the door baby!

Jamie runs out the room and hugs his mum 

Juliet: baby! Where did you go!

Juliet sobs

Spencer: let's get out of here

Hanna: this place gives me the creeps!

The mysterious figure watches them as they all walk out.

[Juliet's apartment]

Juliet is carrying Jamie while on the sofa & Jamie is sleeping.

Toby: I'll have to get a statement from Juliet and Jamie

Hanna: I don't think she will be able to give anything right now

Toby: I'll come by tomorrow anyways 

Paul rushes in the apartment & goes next to Juliet 

Paul: his okay oh my god 

Paul kisses Jamie's forehead

Paul: I'll never leave you two alone again!
